In addition, some answers to potential home buyers at Ginger in Vancouver’s Chinatown district seem very promising. Although a bit above real estate market value for the Crosstown-Chinatown area in downtown, Ginger apartment condominiums seem to have a large draw because the municipal government has promised a cash infusion into the area in order to revitalize Chinatown into a state of its former glory. Ginger condominium apartments sales manager Andrea, states the following:
