Pre-Sales in the News and the Mosaic Approach to Homebuilding


There has been some recent news about pre-sale communities entering receivership or not completing on purchase contracts. While these unfortunate situations are rare and unusual, buyers have the opportunity to educate themselves before entering into pre-sale agreements.
