I hear a cheery “Hello,” and turn to meet Jennifer, Pacific View’s resident manager in White Rock, who’s agreed to take me on a tour so I can see the transformation in these totally updated suites for myself. And what a transformation it is. And since this a top floor suite, there’s even a skylight in the hallway. Okay, now I’m officially smitten.
