Like the rest of the economy, the Surrey real estate market is experiencing some stormy weather, but there are still bright spots for those who have a clear vision of what they want to buy and more importantly who they buy from. This translates into thousands of dollars in savings! 4. When purchasing newly constructed homes such as the pre-sale Calera Condos at Surrey's Clayton Village real estate community there is also a GST New Housing Rebate that can be applied to recoup up to $6,300 of GST fees.
