U.S. Buyers attracted to Vancouver

Despite a strong loonie and a Vancouver housing market that shows no sign of slowing down, well-heeled US investors in real estate still see BC as a prime real estate buy, the BC Real Estate Association says. Buyers in that category … are not as sensitive to exchange-rate changes because they have a high net worth.”

This approach led to the choice of a bright orange sofa and hot accent walls. In 1241 Homer Yaletown, the Trepp Design inc team took a more monochromatic, subtle approach, using individual hits of fashion inspired hues. With Trepp Design Inc’s impressive body of work on multi-family and high-end residential buidlings, Trepp Design has plenty of advice for the homeowner looking for design inspiration. His first suggestion: throw out any preconceived ideas about how you lived in a previous home. “How you live in a space is dictated both by you and by the space itself,” Trepp says. And he always suggests incorporating pieces with character. “The things we aren’t inspired by are the things that are lacking personality.”
