Birchwood Estates at the Foothills - HST Here to Stay? Wallmark Homes Explains
Last week the BC Government announced the updated BC HST transitional rules for the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) that will begin taking affect on July 1st 2010 for any new Vancouver home purchase in our real estate market place.
