Bedford Landing Community – How Far Along?
People walking the Fort-to-Fort Trail along Riverside Park at Bedford Landing often have a common question: How far along is Bedford Landing in Fort Langley? ParkLane’s multi-phased building program began in 2006 with the single family and row homes pre-construction properties that occupy the majority of the site. The 84 pre-construction Bedford Landing ParkLane rowhouses are now sold out, and just over 50% are occupied. Close to 30% of the 183 single family homes in Fort Langley’s ParkLane community are occupied and 50% are yet to be released. In a nutshell, construction of the single family Bedford Landing homes is about half complete.
