As with most presale developments, this project features 2 colour schemes for homebuyers to choose from. But this is where the similarities end. The Brookmere Coquitlam condos will feature ceiling heights up to 8’8” (compare this with 8’6” ceilings in many very expensive Burrard Place condos in downtown Vancouver).
