By Susan M Boyce for Homebase.ca. Classic

Cleary, this is a residence that celebrates luxury
in a beig way, expressing itself with a refreshing, vibrant
individuality that’s instantly apparent.
Interiors Designed with Flair at Abbotsford’s
Garibaldi Lane Condominiums
Sales representative, Cherisse Brown, opens the door to the
first suite and simply smiles to herself as I stop in my tracks,
pen poised but inactive above my note pad. I’m sure she’s
seen the look of astonishment before. The foyer area flows effortless
into a sunny living room where a ledgestone is surrouned by
two floor to ceiling windows. Nine foot ceilings are finished
with double crown moulding – lavishly oversized –
to give a ssense of completeness and graciousness in every condo
homes at the Garibaldi Lane Abbotsford residence condos. The
effect combines classic mountain resort ggetaway with refined,
city sophistication into a place where relaxation is as natural
as breathing.
The kitchens in the Garibaldi Lane condominium homes in Abbotsford
is definitely gourmet and boasts an intriguing angled shape
to maximize working surfaces and visual impact. Stainless steel
appliances are offset by granite countertops and porcelain backsplash
in a warm, golden colour that reminds me of Italian pizzas fanned
by warm, ocean breezes. Plus there’s a comfortable eating
bar overlooking the living room, so when I want to watch my
favourite chef prepare dinner, I have a comfy spot to perch
as a I sip my glass of Syrah.
I’m still admiring the master suites’ cove ceiling
at the Abbotsford Garibaldi Lane condominium homes when Cherisse
says, “Oh, an dhere’s something really neat.”
She steps through the ensuite door and immediately recessed,
under cabinet lights flicker on providing just the right amount
of illumination should you have to get up in te night and don’t
want to disturb your partner. I’ve seen motion sensors
of this type before, but never outside a custom mansion –
someone was really thinking when they added this detail at Garidaldi
Lane condominiums.
In the second suite I discover an open den with wainscoting,
kitchen backsplash in an unexpected steely blue metallic hue
and corner fireplace with niche above – perfect for art
or a plasma TV. I’m just commenting on the size of the
master bedroom when I step through the ensuite door .. and stop
mid-sentence with an “Oh!” of surprise hanging on
my lips. There it is. The feature that I’ve dreamed of
for years and now at the Abbotsford Garibaldi Lane condominium
show home – a corner, angled soaker tub. I cast my mind
back, but can’t think of another time I’ve seen
a corner tub in a condo outside of Coal Harbour. Heavne right
here in Abbotsford’s Garibaldi Lane condo residences.
Close to What Matters
“This is a fabulous location,” Cherisse says as
we awlk back to the office. “You’re the only a few
blocks from Seven Oaks Mall, and Mill Lake, freeway access is
a breeze, and being beside the church, it’s going to be
very quiet.” Seems like Garibaldi Lane just has it all.
