Here is some initial information about the sample (draft) W1 floor plans for the West Tower (first tower to be released) that are subject to change at any time. From floors 10 through 30, Vancouver W1 floorplans B1a and B1e are one bedroom plus den layouts between 495 to 500 square feet while floorplan C1 is a two bedroom plus den at 770 square feet. The C2a and C2b W1 Floor Plans are two bedroom and den layouts as well and are between 760 to 770 square feet while D1 is a 3 Bed+Den at 1020 square feet. All homes have external balcony spaces as well as in-suite laundry and storage. The floor plate for Levels 3 through 8 are slightly different as they consist of a podium layout (so more floorplans available). These are also subject to change at any time but they consist of a junior one bedroom plus den at 472 sf and 1 bedroom (B plans) with dens between 495 to 585 to 615 square footage. The C floorplans at W1 Vancouver presale condos are 2 bedroom plus den layouts and they range in size between 770 to 905 square feet.
