It began on September 25th – Thursday evening according to the most trusted writer Susan B for the Vancouver MetroNews. A group was camping out overnight. The following day, nine more groups joined them. By noon on Saturday, some 200 people gathered, each one hoping to snag one of just 25 pre-construction off-the-plan townhomes at the Radiance at Sunstone North Delta real estate development.
